1. Vegetable List
First of diabetic food list are vegetables. Vegetables are one of healthy foods and diabetics will need them. But of course, also be taken in moderation. High fat content are those with the highest levels of fat and calories to 100 calories and 8gr, respectively.
4. Fruit List
Too keep their body healthy diabetics need the fruit. Some fruits are rich in fiber, which is really useful for people with diabetes. That’s why diabetic food list includes this category. A single serving of fruit is half a cup if it is fresh and a quarter cup if it is dried. All fruits should be acceptable. For example Apples, apricots, watermelon and blackberries are good examples.
